Lauderdale Oaks ID Bracelet Policy:
ALL RESIDENTS OF LAUDERDALE OAKS:
The following policy concerns the wearing of ID bracelets at Lauderdale Oaks. Over the years, our facilities have been used and abused by non-residents of Lauderdale Oaks, at YOUR expense. This is therefore a necessary policy to control the use of our facilities. It came into effect on November 1st, 2018.
- ID Bracelets must be worn to use LOMC facilities: swimming pools, and clubhouse (except during social events).
- Bracelets are issued to LEGITIMATE residents and tenants, free of charge by each building association President or their delegated representative and also the LOMC office. Bracelets WILL NOT be issued to people, including children, residing on Lauderdale Oaks premises illegally. Tenants will receive their bracelets upon presentation of a valid rental agreement. Replacement bracelets will cost $5 each. Snowbirds will receive their bracelet as soon as possible after their arrival.
- Guest bracelets will be issued from the LOMC office to the host resident/tenant. A $5 deposit per bracelet will be refunded upon its return. Residents expecting visitors during the weekend should arrange bracelet pick up the Friday prior at the latest. Guest bracelets can be issued permanently to residents who request them (also for a $5 deposit, to help control their use). This will eliminate multiple visits to the LOMC office to get bracelets for residents who often have guests. Guest bracelets must be recovered by the host resident/tenant after each visit. Guests may not retain the bracelets for future visits.
- Enforcement of this policy at the Clubhouse will be done by our office staff during regular office hours and by Security Staff after hours/evenings and weekends. We encourage residents to police themselves for swimming pool use.
